Sensible Cautions: 

Possible skin sensitivity. To prevent a rash or pigmentation of the skin, do not use citrus oils when exposed to direct sunlight. Keep away from children and eyes. Store inside bag/box and keep in a cool, dark place. Consult doctor if pregnant or under medication. Natural sedimentation may occur. Once opened, best used within 12 months. 

 

Directions:

Not for direct application except on the palms and soles of the feet.

Use in the following quanlities:

  • 1 drop to middle of palm (lao kung), rub and inhale deeply 3 times for a quick pick me up when ever the need arises.
  • 1 drop to middle of sole (yong quan), rub with the palm for 1 minute on each side for an instant claming effect. Helps communication between the Heart and Kidneys.
  • 3 drops to diffuser.
  • 3 drops to 20ml water in a spray bottle (use as room/air-con/pillow/toilet cleanser/purifier).
  • 6 drops to bath water.3 drops to foot bath.18 drops to every 20ml of massage oil.
