The direct meaning of Yin/Yang are the bright and the dark sides of a mountain slope or an object.

Yin/Yang can be described as two relative aspects of the same phenomena such as a mountain slope or a person.

Represents a wider range of opposing opposite properties in the Universal.

02

The system of 5 elements or transmutation of energies was used for describing interactions and relationships between phenomena. It was employed as a device in many fields of early Chinese thoughts, including seemingly disparate fields such as Geomancy or Feng Shui, Astrology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Music, Military Strategy and Martial Arts.

The Chinese maintain that the Five Zang organs are for storing of essence and Six Fu organs are for the purpose of transportation. The five bodies of skin, pulse, flesh, tendons, bone and the nine openings of the eyes, ears, nose, mouth sex organ and anus are balance before healing can take place.

OUR EXPERTISE

Door 2.jpeg

The founder of Bliss 9, Sukrah Carena, is a descendant of a long line of acupuncturists and herbalists.

Her maternal great, great grandmother was a village Paediatric Chinese Physician.

She was renowned for her ability to treat almost all child-related sickness whereby no child who came to her was left uncured.

Her mother, a Taoist preacher, has also imparted her skills in cupping therapy, scraping therapy, food cures and herbs over the years.

Inspired by her mother's heritage, Carena decided to further her knowledge of the ancient healing arts.

Starting with her two children who were born asthmatic, Carena began to apply her family's age-old remedies to healing those closest to her.

To enhance her healing abilities, Carena received training in various forms of complementary medicine:
