Directions:
Pour oil on palm (lao kung), rub and inhale deeply 3 times before application on body morning and evening after shower.  It takes 7 seconds upon inhalation for the essential oils to reach the limbic system. The limbic system controls the emotions, endocrine functions, behaviour, memories, heart rate and respiration. 7 minutes upon application bypassing the nervous system, to the blood circulation.
